I am a governance, peacebuilding and community development practitioner with experience in conflict prevention, social cohesion, civic engagement and inclusive community dialogue. My work brings together grassroots perspectives, institutional partnerships and locally led approaches to address challenges affecting vulnerable and marginalized communities. As Executive Director of Turkana Civic Justice, I provide strategic leadership in advancing accountable governance, human rights, civic participation, peace and social cohesion. I am particularly committed to strengthening the meaningful participation of women and young people, supporting community-led advocacy, and building constructive partnerships between citizens, civil society and public institutions. My leadership is grounded in a simple principle, that sustainable change is strongest when communities are not only beneficiaries, but active partners in shaping the solutions that affect their lives.
